DECOMMISSIONING

We have a particular focus on the planning and execution of decommissioning projects, including the challenge of providing for post-decommissioning liabilities

Our experience, however, spans both the full life project life cycle and wider energy sector where we provide both technical and project management support from the development of strategy, through implementation to business as usual and close out:

• Offshore and onshore oil and gas
• Offshore and onshore wind
• Carbon Capture and Storage
• Onshore multi-source energy hubs incorporating a variety of wind, solar, hydrogen, battery, geothermal and biogas

Historically our focus has been directed, primarily, on the UK and North Sea areas but we have delivered projects for clients globally including: Europe, East Asia and Africa.

DRONES

Our aim is to support Scotland become a global centre of excellence for the development of Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) drone operations

We provide services across the drone ecosystem, supported by network of innovative British companies working at the cutting edge of regulatory and technology development including:

• BVLOS airspace permission development
• Drone Port design and business case development
• Technology development
• BVLOS project design and execution management

We are developing 'Scotland's First Drone Port' in Aberdeenshire where we host technology developers and drone projects providing drone-friendly trial areas and facilitation services to meet our client's specific needs.

DEVELOPMENT

Whilst the grass isn't always greener side, if you don't look, you'll never know - we are always interested the next big, or small, thing and the next phase of the company's development

Our side hustles emerge from our informal, diverse network of highly experienced associates based in both the UK and overseas.  These trusted individuals and small businesses present us a range of interesting and (potentially) lucrative development opportunities - our side hustles.  Examples to date are things like:

• Artificial Intelligence tools for Ai and decommissioning
• Communication systems for drones in rural and offshore environments
• Commodity trading and the procurement of decommissioned equipment for resale
• Introduction to investors for large overseas energy infrastructure, drones companies and commodity traders   

We work on either a fee or equity promise, on projects that we find interesting and where we can add value.
